This analysis was produced as part of a study conducted in the Central African Republic (CAR) by Groupe URD to help prepare for the post-crisis transition. This report is part of a global reflection entitled "Better articulating emergency aid and development in a post-conflict context". It was the result of an "urban focus" set up during the mission, which took the form of numerous meetings, a few field visits and a conference at the Alliance française on the theme "Bangui, a capital to be rebuilt? The challenges of the city of tomorrow". The first analysis was then completed with regard to the documents collected.
