Lessons learned from the difficult management of a complex crisis in northern Mali, 2015

As part of the Humanitarian Evaluation and Learning Project (HELP) funded by OFDA/USAID and an agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and AFD, Groupe URD has produced this summary of all its work on North Mali and, more generally, in the "Mali +" area affected by the crisis since 2012. The objective of this study is to facilitate strategic thinking to better manage complex conflict and post-conflict situations in the Sahelo-Saharan zone in the future.
