Evaluation 1 report (2012 phase) of the Housing and Neighbourhoods Reconstruction Support Programme in Haïti, 2013

In order to accompany this programme as it evolved, Groupe URD carried out an "iterative evaluation" via annual missions (2012, 2013, 2014), with two field missions and interviews with partners in 2012 and 2014, and an interim mission in 2013 in the form of a collective seminar-workshop between the various programme partners.
