A real-time study was carried out in and around Paris focusing on the solidarity mechanisms that have been put place for people who have been weakened by the health crisis, particularly homeless migrants. The research focused particularly on the role and legitimacy of humanitarian NGOs in the response, and the links that they have established with other actors (medico-social associations, citizen collectives, the state, etc.). Interviews were carried out with representatives of NGOs, associations (headquarters and field), grassroots collectives, etc.
