As part of its 2021-2025 strategy, the French Red Cross decided to create a Quality-MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) Unit with the objective of improving the quality of programmes and operational and support processes within the Direction des Relations et Opérations Internationales (DROI). To meet these challenges, Groupe URD worked with the French Red Cross from May 2021 to March 2022 as part of the ‘Learning and Innovating to Improve Crisis Response’ project.
