Report of the 1st evaluation (EIMS 1) of the KEY programme in Mali, 2019

Many activities have been implemented as part of the KEY Programme and some expected results are in the process of being achieved at this stage of implementation. However, much remains to be done and the information needed to take stock of the progress made needs to be consolidated. This first real-time evaluation with mini-seminars, conducted between October 2018 and January 2019, provides an initial overview of the programme.
