Support for the implementation of a quality approach for Solidarité Laïque

As part of the ” Learning and innovating to improve crisis response ” project, financed by AFD, the Monegasque Cooperation for Development and the Fondation de France, Groupe URD is providing Solidarité Laïque with support in implementing an institutional quality approach. A framework note was drafted defining the desired scope of the quality approach, and the most appropriate self-assessment methods were identified to establish Solidarité Laïque’s priorities with regard to quality.

Based on this experience, Groupe URD will produce a lesson-sharing booklet on the steps involved in launching a quality approach at the institutional level for international aid organisations.
