New MEAL training programme for Expertise France

This tailor-made training project for Expertise France staff has an initial duration of one year, renewable three times. It combines face-to-face sessions at the Expertise France site in Paris and virtual classroom sessions via the Groupe URD learning platform.

It includes several activities:

• The revision and updating of the four existing training courses, developed in the previous phase of this project, namely:
  • Training 1 ‘Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL)’
  • Training 2 ‘Theory of Change’
  • Training 3 ‘Logical Framework’
  • Training 4 ‘MEAL Plan’
• The design of two new training courses:
  • Training 5 ‘Piloting an evaluation’
  • Training 6 ‘MEAL for Managers’
• The facilitation of additional training sessions, adapted according to the annual training programme and identified needs.

Groupe URD is in charge of coordinating all these activities and ensuring the continuous improvement of the online modules, in line with changes in the Agency’s internal procedures.
