Strategy 2020-2025

We have drawn up our new strategy for 2020-2025, based on a new definition of our role: “Given the nature of crises today and the upheavals to come, our aim is to help aid actors adopt new forms of solidarity to support local actors and strengthen the resilience of communities and their territories”. This is based on a consolidated theory of change, with three strategic areas for the development of the organisation: 1. Reinforcing our ability to bring about change; 2.
