This project is based on comparative studies and analyses in fragile contexts, including complex emergencies where humanitarian space is limited (Somalia, Afghanistan), a country affected by a massive influx of refugees (Lebanon) and large-scale health crisis (Ebola).
The objective of these studies was to produce a results-based analysis of risks to aid integrity, particularly risks of corruption, as well as prevention and mitigation measures, in four complex humanitarian contexts. This project was led by Transparency International, in partnership with Groupe URD and Humanitarian Outcomes, and was funded by DG ECHO.
