Training course “Evaluation of the quality of humanitarian action”, October 2015

This training course will take place from 12 to 16 October 2015 in Plaisians, at Groupe URD's headquarters. It is intended for professionals in the international solidarity sector who manage projects and/or carry out evaluations, such as programme managers, project managers, evaluation managers or quality managers in humanitarian organisations.

This 30-hour face-to-face training will provide you with the methodological knowledge to carry out or participate in a quality assessment of a humanitarian programme.

On this occasion, you will discover the Pilot Guide for Evaluation developed by the ALNAP network, which presents the current state of reflection at the international level on the evaluation of humanitarian aid.

Targeted documentation and an interactive game will be provided to participants prior to the face-to-face training to help them integrate key evaluation concepts. This preliminary work of the participants is essential to effectively follow the face-to-face training.
