Seminar on Urban Resilience, October 2015

The French Partnership for Cities and Territories (PFVT) is organising a seminar on urban resilience on 30 October 2015 at AFD's offices in Paris. Groupe URD will take part in the first round table on the subject of the resilience of urban populations in the face of crises.

The objective is to establish a position paper of French actors on urban resilience to contribute to the new urban agenda that will be defined during Habitat III. This seminar will be structured around three round tables:

For greater resilience of cities and territories: sustainable development issues;
Cities in crisis: Crisis management and resilience;
Implementation and tools for urban resilience: from a global vision to local action: Habitat, Mobility, Nature in the city.

This event is organised by the PFVT (French partnership for cities and territories), with whom Groupe URD regularly collaborates.
