This conference-debate will focus on the implementation of SDG 7 (renewable energy) and SDG 13 (climate action) in connection with international humanitarian and development projects and within international aid organisations.
Groupe URD’s Environment Focal Point, Samantha Brangeon, will facilitate the debates with Aurélie Ceinos, a Resilience and Climate Change Specialist with CARE France and Julien Fouilland, a Specialist in Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction with HI (Handicap International France).
This event is open to all: students, teachers, people involved in the non-profit sector, or citizens who are interested in environmental issues, issues related to climate change, and the international aid sector. It is being organized by CartONG in partnership with the Institut HI pour l’Action Humanitaire and will take place on Friday 15 February 2019 from 7 to 8.30 pm, at the Université Jean Moulin in Lyon (Amphithéâtre Huvelin, Université Jean Moulin, 15 quai Claude Bernard – 69007 Lyon).
