Where we work

Our activities regularly take us all over the world, often to countries in crisis or in post-crisis reconstruction.

We have set up a number of Observatories to allow more in-depth analysis of certain contexts. They make it possible to adopt a mid- to long-term strategic approach, carry out studies rooted in operational realities and provide actors in the field with learning support. Observatories are open for a given period and have specific staff.

To date, we have opened 4 Observatories:

  • In Afghanistan: from 2005 to mid-2008;
  • In Chad: from 2009 to mid-2012;
  • In Haiti: from January 2012 to March 2015;
  • In Mali: from March 2018 until March 2021, in connection with the KEY programme.

Since May 2018, we also have a permanent presence in Chad and the Lake Chad region via the Resilac project.
