The INSPIRE+ consortium, made up of ODI, Development Initiatives, IECAH, FAIREPROD and Groupe URD, the consortium lead, has been selected by DG ECHO, following a call for proposals, to help develop the European Commission’s humanitarian policies.
The consortium will provide DG ECHO with short-term, ready-to-use expertise, as well as continuous support in areas related to humanitarian aid. The contract is for two years and can be renewed twice for a year at a time. It follows on from the different activities we have carried out with DG ECHO since 2012.

Groupe URD also supervised work carried out by external consultants to review of the transport & logistics framework contract (April- June 2023), and to support digital innovation (including private sector engagement) amongst its partner organisations and the scaling of digital tools (March – September 2023).
