The Cooperation Center for Afghanistan (CCA) is an Afghan NGO that was created in 1990 by a group of Afghan refugees in Peshawar. It played a relatively important role in the humanitarian sector during the civil war and the Taliban period and now works in 9 Afghan provinces. In recent years, CWS has worked with it both as a donor and a partner.

Groupe URD carried out an evaluation of CCA’s current system for monitoring and evaluating its projects and made a number of recommendations for ways of improving it.

After the evaluation, a training course was organised for some of CCA’s staff to help them integrate the evaluation results and recommendations.
